These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of Wordock (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the App. By installing and using the App, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Use Description)

The App is a flashcard application designed to help users learn using words they have registered themselves.

Article 3 (Fees)

The basic features of the App are available free of charge.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

When using the App, users must not engage in the following activities:

1. Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Actions that interfere with the operation of the App or may pose a threat to such operation
3. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or similar actions related to the App
4. Actions that infringe on the rights of other users

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

While the App aims to provide accurate and useful information, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the content. We assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the App.

Article 6 (Modification of Terms)

We reserves the right to modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms will become effective once notified to users through the App or by any other appropriate means.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
